- A “WINNER” is defined as a contestant who wins a WDXB contest and certain personal information has been obtained by the station from the winner.

- Only one (1) winner per household every forty-five (45) days.

- Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days or prize will be forfeited.
If a prize is not claimed the winner’s eligibility status does not change. 
Winners are eligible to win only one prize per event or concert. 

- Anyone who wins one thousand ($1000) dollars or more in cash, prizes, or a combination of both, is not eligible to win again for a period of one (1) year.

- All calls on the contest line may be recorded for playback.
WDXB-FM assumes no responsibility for participants’ inability to get through on the contest lines for any reason.

- All prizes must be picked up by the contest winner, in person, at the WDXB-FM Business Office during normal business hours, 8:30AM TO 5:00PM, Monday through Friday except Holidays. (Please call ahead for Holiday hours).

- Tickets to concerts or dated events must be claimed at the WDXB-FM Business Office before the close of business the day prior to the concert or event.

- Proper ID must be presented when picking up a prize and a standard release form must be signed.

- All prizes are Non-Transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

- Prizes cannot be substituted for any reason.

- All checks will be available for pick up within sixty (60) business days.

- WDXB-FM does not assume responsibility for events cancelled and/or rescheduled and is not responsible for replacing tickets/prizes already won to the events cancelled.

- Winners must be twelve (12) years of age or older to win.

- Employees of WDXB-FM, Clear Channel Radio, participating sponsors, their families, and employees of any radio station in the Birmingham total survey area, as designated by Arbitron, are not eligible to win.

- WDXB-FM assumes the right to change these and any contest rules at any time.
